Role Overview: As a Koi Care Specialist, you will be responsible for the care, handling, and management of our Koi fish. This includes tasks related to the shipping and receiving of Koi, as well as taking high-quality pictures of the Koi for our records and customer communications. No prior experience is needed; we are looking for individuals with a passion for fish care and the right attitude to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Koi Care and Handling: Ensure the health and well-being of Koi through regular feeding, monitoring, and maintenance of water quality and tank conditions.
- Shipping Koi: Prepare Koi for shipping by carefully packing them and coordinating with the shipping team to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Receiving Koi: Inspect and acclimate newly received Koi, ensuring they are healthy and properly integrated into our facilities.
- Health Monitoring: Regularly check Koi for signs of illness or distress and take appropriate actions to maintain their health.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep of tanks, ponds, and other facilities to provide a clean and safe environment for the Koi.
