You may return an item, in its original condition, for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving. If you would like to return the item, please contact us for the authorization.
Pre-paid freight and any insurance charges or other costs are non-refundable. Some special order items may not be returned.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all order items. The restocking fee and the above-mentioned non-refundable costs will also be deducted from your refund.
After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process.
Paying by Credit Card:
- Refunds will be credited to your account.
Paying by Check or Money Order:
- A refund check will be mailed to you.
