Depending on the location and carrier!

UPS has reduced their operations resulting in closures to many centers across the U.S. although not posted online, the facilities are permanently closed and will reject holds.

Therefore the option of UPS Customer Center has been removed.

Since we have been using FedEx as our primary carrier, we offer pick up at qualified FedEx ship centers.

This will reduce the travel time and may be beneficial to your koi. You may also qualify for a discount on shipping fee for picking up.

  • Make sure it is a FedEx ship center and not a store.

  • Search for your local FedEx ship center

  • Provide the address location when placing your order.

  • Or send us an email with the address information (EMAILinfo@kodamakoifarm.com.)
