Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Kodama Koi Farm, interacting with our valued customers to handle orders, arrange shipping dates, and provide exceptional service. You don’t need prior experience; we are looking for individuals with the right attitude and qualities to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate and arrange shipping dates through effective communication with customers.
  • Provide information and support to customers regarding our products and services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
