Role Overview: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of Kodama Koi Farm. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. No prior experience is needed; we are looking for individuals with the right attitude and qualities to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Maintain a well-organized office environment, including managing supplies, handling mail, and ensuring office equipment is functioning properly.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars for staff.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data in company systems and databases.
  • Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments, including assisting with projects and tasks as needed.
  • Shipping Coordination: Assist with coordinating shipping dates and logistics for customer orders, working closely with the customer service team.
  • Customer Interaction: Occasionally assist with customer inquiries and orders, ensuring a positive customer experience.
